Of course, because having  just one giant robot isn't enough, Japan is building yet another one. This time, the life-sized statue of Tetsujin 28-go (aka, Gigantor) is being built in Kobe, which will be inaugurated this October.

The project - which costs 135 million yen (roughly $1.4 million) -  aims to honor the artist who created the Tetsujin manga, Mitsuteru Yokoyama, who was also a native of Kobe.

Now, if those suckers start moving (driven by joushikousei, of course), the wife and I will want to move to Japan.
